LE CYGORY

Follow the flow of the river Lez and go up gently to the north of the city, on the side of Montferrier. This is where you will find the Cygory, the second establishment of Cynthia and Grégory Sarkissian, who already own the Mas des Filles. Here, guests can sit in the garden, amidst olive trees and sculptures, or in the elegant, baroque rooms of the establishment to discover the delights of the place. On the plates, the chef continues his work with the land and declines the Mediterranean flavours within inspired dishes.
