A friendly restaurant offering delicious pizzas, made in the pure Neapolitan tradition with fresh products.

On the parking lot of the Cave Rabelais, we discover the delicious pizzas of Salvatore. From his pretty red truck, the atmosphere is friendly and the welcome very pleasant. Here, the pizzas are made in the pure Neapolitan tradition: the dough is matured for at least twenty-four hours, then generously topped with fresh products, before being cooked in a wood-fired oven. Parma, genovese, buffalina, vegetarian or even a sweet pizza for dessert: you'll enjoy it, and it's like a little gourmet trip to Italy without even leaving Mireval!

Accueil chaleureux, une cheminée confortable dans le froid automnal. La première bouchée d'une de leurs pizzas généreusement garnies m'a convaincu que cette pizzeria était ma préférée, par delà les frontières, des lieues qui nous séparent de la vieille Italie. Un savoir faire de maître, un sourire éclatant dans la nuit. Je reviendrai sans nul doute si d'aventure je revenai dans la métropole montpelliéraine.

Excellente pizza cuite au feu de bois, les ingrédients sont bien équilibré, la pâte est bonne, pas trop fine, pas trop épaisse.
