The Train is a Carnon institution. This reputation has been acquired over the past twenty years thanks to the passion conveyed within this address and thanks to the cuisine carried by the chef. Behind the stoves, he has managed to perfect the balance between tradition and modernity, between land and sea. Its dishes are presented in a colourful and spicy way, precision is given in each of its touches and on each of its plates. The house even has its own signature dish: the catigot with prawns. Only La Traine has this culinary invention because it was created here 20 years ago. This dish is made up of fish fillets, soups, mussels, potatoes and prawns cooked in white wine, all topped with a light garlic. A treasure for the taste buds.

Laisse à désirer. Propreté et état de la vaisselle à revoir. Cuisine peu raffinée, le même goût dans tous les plats. Le saumon est blanc! La bavette sent très fort. Les pommes sautées surgelées et sèches. Les îles flottantes pas cuites et la glace très bas de gamme. Avis d’un restaurateur.

Personnel accueillant, nous avons passé un bon moment cependant j’ai un doute sur la fraîcheur de leurs produits. Nous étions 3 à avoir pris de la viande et nous avons toutes les 3 eu une intoxication.

Bon accueil un lundi soir, nous étions 16 convives à partager le gatigot maison, plat copieux et goutu dans une bonne ambiance, Service agréable. Nous recommandons cet établissement. Les zinzines et zinzins.
