The Mas des Filles restaurant is located on the superb Mas du Pont estate, nestled between vineyards and forest. Whether seated in the old stone building or on the verdant terrace, visitors can take their time admiring the panorama before discovering generous plates. Dishes include salmon fillet with wasabi marinade, or Charolais beef fillet with crispy potatoes and fresh tomme. For dessert, a grilled and glazed pineapple carpaccio with lime chantilly.
