Here, everything is homemade: the bread, the kombucha and, above all, the desserts. Marc comes from a restaurant background (1 and 3 macarons, including Buckingham Palace - Savoy London) and is a pastry chef by trade. He returned to France on the Larzac, and now prepares homemade burgers, salads and pieces of meat executed with brio. You'll be welcomed into a metal-framed room with large bay windows, where the huge blackboard presents the menu. A word of advice: try the baba au rhum espuma cappuccino, which will delight your taste buds.

Had a lovely evening with great food and hospitality. Marc is not only a well travelled and experienced chef but a real personality and enjoyment for us as well as the entertainment he provided ..... want to know what that was rhen you need to go and see them. I will look forward to my new stop over en route to France.. Marc keep up the great food.
