Mécontentement de notre cure
Soins très moyen, suivant certains agents thermaux. L'eau des douches pénétrantes tiède, cataplasmes tiède et baclés. Certains agents thermaux pas souriant, ni de bonjours et manque de coordination entre les agents.

Cure gâchée par des horaires qui ne me conviennent pas et qu'il se refuse a changer sur 3 semaines inacceptable.
Personnel d'accueil souriant si tout va bien si remarque ou demande de changement les fils de la marionnette s’emmêlent et elle bug sur ce n'est pas possible. leçon apprise par coeur dialogue impossible conclusion terminé pour moi plus jamais

Le personnel des thermes est très accueillant avec une attention particulière aux nouveaux curistes et aux PMR. L’ambiance est très relaxante et le cadre "Belle Epoque" permet de pleinement bénéficier des soins. Je reviendrai à coup sûr.
