CHÂTEAU DE JONQUIÈRES

In their 13th century château, remodeled in the 17th century (see the horseshoe staircase on the courtyard), François and Isabelle de Cabissole offer a range of wines from a vineyard that has its roots in limestone scree. The 7 hectares of vines produce 4 vintages: La Baronnie and Jonquières in red, a pink Jonquières and a white Jonquières made from chenin and white grenache.
