DOMAINE DE LA PANSIÈRE

The Domaine de la Pansière is the last private winery in Gigean. It is the home of the Vinas family - what an appropriate name! - who have been growing vines for several generations. One of the plots is still located in the garrigue. Michel and his children produce Pays d'Oc and Grés de Montpellier wines using sustainable agriculture. Sauvignon, viognier, syrah, grenache, merlot... You can discover their local wines directly at the cellar which is located on the Cami de Gabriac or on their stall which they install on the markets of Sete.
