Located in Fos, a picturesque village on the heights of the Faugères appellation, the Domaine Ollier-Taillefer is a family estate. Luc and Françoise, the children, are the fifth generation of a line of native winemakers. Anxious to respect their terroir and environment, they apply the principles of sustainable viticulture (Terra Vitis label), and have switched to 100% organic since 2012. The estate has a rich selection of wines including its famous Castel Fossibus AOC Faugères, a red that will delight the palate with every sip thanks to its aromas of black fruits and garrigue after being aged in oak barrels. Also to be discovered: the red and rosé Collines, the Grande Réserve rouge, the cuvée Allégro blanc and the Grenache doux (rosé).

Très bon accueil & dégustation au domaine
En plein coeur du village et de l'appellation Faugères, domaine travaillant ses vignes dans le soucis du respect de son terroir.
