MOULIN DU CÉRESSOU

If you have a few olive trees in your garden and you want to have your olives crushed, the Céressou mill is made for you: there are no contribution limits and the owners accept very small quantities. Opened in 2003, this family mill has attracted many private individuals from the surrounding villages. The owners also sell their monovarietal oils (aglandau, lucques, oliviere and picholine) and assembly oils in their brand new shop next to the mill.
