Restaurant offering an excellent cuisine, rather traditional, seasonal but with a touch of originality
Sébastien Flamant, well known to local gastronomes, took over this establishment in 2014. He welcomes you to an old tenant farm, once a stopover for travelers and shepherds, fully renovated in an absolutely idyllic setting. His cuisine is top-notch, traditional and seasonal, but always with a touch of originality: monkfish marinated in wasabi and grilled Iberian ham on girolles and pumpkin sablé, chocolate lace with chestnut mousse and a dark chocolate fondant heart... to discover!

Très bel établissement où l’accueil est chaleureux et sincère. L’emplacement est magnifique. Notre chambre était très propre et très calme.

Direction et personnel très sympathique et serviable, excellent rapport qualité prix au milieu de nulle part, on se croirait sur une autre planète. 30 convives très contents d'avoir fête un anniversaire.

Très bel endroit dans la nature. Un personnel très accueillant et aux petits soins. Petit clin d'oeil au chien qui était toujours là pour nous accompagner ????. Nous avons apprécié les chambres, le restaurant et la piscine. Cela a été la cerise sur le gâteau après la montée du pic saint loup.
