Refined cuisine to be enjoyed in a chic and relaxed restaurant next to the karting circuit in Faugères.

Located right next to the karting circuit, one may have some preconceived notions about the establishment... what a mistake! Le Relais des Oliviers is a small oasis in the middle of the vineyards where the food is of a surprising quality. Managed by a young couple, the cuisine is similar to the welcome reserved for the clientele: chic and relaxed. Thus, the dishes offered seem to come out of the everyday, with a remarkable finesse in the mouth. We loved the saddle of lamb roasted in butter and its garlic juice, accompanied by small vegetables.

Cuisine excellente et bien travaillée. La belle présentation des plats est également à souligner.
Le personnel est aimable. La terrasse offre un cadre très agréable. Une belle vinothèque locale est proposée également.
