Refined cuisine to be enjoyed in a chic and relaxed restaurant next to the karting circuit in Faugères.

Located right next to the karting circuit, one may have some preconceived notions about the establishment... what a mistake! Le Relais des Oliviers is a small oasis in the middle of the vineyards where the food is of a surprising quality. Managed by a young couple, the cuisine is similar to the welcome reserved for the clientele: chic and relaxed. Thus, the dishes offered seem to come out of the everyday, with a remarkable finesse in the mouth. We loved the saddle of lamb roasted in butter and its garlic juice, accompanied by small vegetables.

Els productes són de primera qualitat i la presentació és molt acurada. Ens va encantar el vi local de Faugères. Per a infants es pot demanar una petita ració del que hi ha a la carta. Vam agrair molt l'atenció del personal, ens van assessorar molt bé en l'elecció dels plats.
