LES NORIAS

Blaise and Nathalie took over this establishment located in an old stocking mill a few years ago. The large building opens onto a garden on the banks of the Hérault and, on the other bank, Ganges. It houses eleven rooms which, despite their slightly dated decoration, offer all the necessary comfort and a touch of reverie. In the restaurant, the chef concocts a cuisine with regional accents for his customers. The menu, which is based on a variation of local and seasonal products, features a few specialities: pressed foie gras with asparagus tips and gingerbread, Aubrac beef and veal breaded with pistachio seeds. If you are hungry, you will let yourself be tempted by his Cévennes pélardon grilled on a bed of arugula. For dessert, an apple and rhubarb crumble.
