Sophie and Julien settled in the north-east of Montpellier, in the commercial area of the Aube Rouge. In a business environment, a resolutely contemporary decor and market cuisine. That's what makes it successful. The bread is baked on the spot. All ready meals. A dish of the day at €7.90, duck leg with orange sauce, or sea bass fillet in Provencal crust. On the à  la carte menu: Charolais veal tartare (€13) or cuttlefish a la plancha (€12). Good value for money.

Ils ont une camionnette avec laquelle ils roulent comme des dingues. Ils collent l'arrière des voitures qui ne roulent pas assez vite à leur goût, même si elles ne peuvent pas se rabattre, puis accélèrent à plus de 110km sur des routes limitées à 90km. Leur nourriture est peut-être bonne, mais ils sont un danger public sur la route...
