Restaurant located between Cap Omega and the Verchant domain offering an inventive and evolving menu according to the seasons
Plenty of room for this restaurant located between Cap Omega and the Domaine de Verchant. The room, the veranda and the pleasant patio welcome tables in abundance while keeping an intimist side where the purple tones dominate. The lunch menu is quite honorable like this veal blanquette or these red mullet served on a fine pie. The chef, Grégory Roge, will delight your taste buds by proposing an inventive and evolving menu according to the seasons. For a moment of pure greed, discover among others, the Foie gras of duck of the South-West "half fig, half grape" breaded with gingerbread, the blue lobster half spiced up with ginger, or the tasty fillet of beef of Aubrac.
Appreciate also the impressive rib of beef of Aubrac. To finish in beauty, the Banana split revisited by the Pastry Chef. Divine! All this accompanied by a large wine list, with more than 180 references.

Ambiance chaleureuse.
Je recommande.
