Christian, master craftsman-pastry, embarked on the trade adventure by opening this self-catering restaurant along the tram. He worked alone after he had travelled for 20 years in the restoration of the Basque country to the Lyon region. In a house, base salmon to mustard seed, blanquette of calf, sausage of Toulouse with broccoli… A home catering activity on request.
