On the square in the old village of Castelnau, people come here to buy wines or to taste them with a few plates. The selection of wines here is honed for those who want to get away from the tried-and-true domains of technological, over-ripe, over-boosted, over-parkerized wines? Choose a rare wine (biodynamic, garage wine, ethical wine...) and a wine merchant with bottle! Marco Bertossi, ex-sommelier at La Tour d'Argent, is the man for the job. With his team of sommeliers in charge of the kitchen, you can enjoy tapas only in the evening: homemade hummus, Iberian ham, salmon gravelax, bruschetta with truffle cream and duck breast, and his spectacular cheese platter.
