quelle bonne surprise !
La soirée s'annonçait mal sous cette pluie lourde et désagréable, et puis nous sommes entrés dans ce petit restaurant éclairé ... et là, miracle : grâce à l'accueil charmant du patron, aux libellés évocateurs d'ailleurs de la carte et surtout aux fines et multiples saveurs des plats, nous avons passé une excellente soirée. Alors bien sûr, il faut savoir attendre un peu, cette cuisine traditionnelle ne se prépare pas d'un claquement de doigts et Ko cuisine, sert, accueille seul. Mais quel bonheur que de profiter des arômes subtils de ses plats ! Une formidable escale à Castelnau !
