DOMAINE SAINT-PAUL-DE-FANNELAURE

Vine at the Vaillé's, it's a long family story. Ten generations of winegrowers have succeeded one another in the village of Castelnau. In 1979, Philippe set up a cooperative cellar on 7 hectares of his parents' property. Today, his vineyard covers 36 ha, located in the Picpoul de Pinet production area and planted mainly with AOC Coteaux du Languedoc white wine. Long and costly efforts of restructuring and regrafting were necessary to lead to the creation of Domaine Saint-Paul-de-Fannelaure in 1994. Their first vinification of Picpoul de Pinet dates back to 2002. The result is a fresh and spontaneous wine, perfect for seafood.
