ÉGLISE SAINT-SULPICE

This monument of Castelnau-de-Guers has the typical structure of the Southern Gothic style: its austere silhouette is crisscrossed by buttresses and rare narrow openings. The nave of the church as well as its apse are vaulted and its bell tower has four watchtowers, stone guardhouses traditionally found on fortifications and castles. The west portal houses the statues of Saint Anthony and Saint Sulpice.
