Nestled in the heart of a preserved nature, the Maison des Abeilles is a place entirely devoted to the knowledge of this insect and the discovery of its way of life. A veritable illustrated educational encyclopedia, the Maison de l'Abeille reveals all the secrets of the hive, from the cycle of the colony to social organization. The history of beekeeping is treated through the evolution of honey harvesting techniques, from the first honey hunters to modern beekeepers and a presentation of the working tools of the shepherd of the bees. The Botanical Garden also provides an opportunity to get to know the honey plants.
