Francis Goni retired at the end of 2005 and passed the torch to Lionel Azzopardi. The latter, fin and amateur, spreads quality meat whose origin is controlled. Veal, beef, lamb, chicken… nothing missing. A change of ownership that does not begin with quality and reception.
