Museum preserving works bequeathed by the sculptor Jean-Antoine Injalbert and a collection of paintings from the 19th and 20th centuries.

The Hôtel Fayet is a museum of fine arts that contains thousands of works bequeathed by the sculptor Jean-Antoine Injalbert to his native city. On the first floor, there are several studies of the artist in terracotta or plaster, notably the one that was used to make the Titan fountain, located on the Plateau des Poètes. There is also a collection of paintings from the 19th and 20th centuries. The winter garden hosts exhibitions of contemporary artists. After its renovation in 2019, this museum has a new enriching cultural path.

Musée bien situé sur la ville haute, mais complétement ringard et mal présenté avec aucune œuvre majeure.
Seule la collection de peintures de Jean Moulin, biterrois , martyr de la Résistance et galeriste, offerte au musée par sa sœur Laure Moulin, présente un intérêt.

Outdated and rather outdated presentation, this museum of time louis-philippe was left long abandoned, no entertainment or room for temporary exhibitions.
The museum with the very rich collections, seems now to discover its lethargy. Rediscover!
