TAURIN MUSEUM

City of bullfighting tradition since the 19th century, Béziers had to have a place dedicated to bullfighting. This museum, installed since 2015 in the former Dominican convent, presents a permanent exhibition on bullfighting culture. It brings together a good number of objects from the collections of the Biterroise Bullfighting Union: heads of "toros", "costumes of light" bequeathed by great bullfighters, photographs of the legends of the bullring in Biterroise (El Cordobès, Nimeno II, Luis Miguel Dominguin...). It also contains a space for temporary exhibitions.
