JUDO CLUB VALRAS-PLAGE

Seaside's club forms the judokas at the age of 5. The trainings take place under the supervision of Thierry Aguilera, Patrick Pastor and Emanuel Roland, all three holders of a state patent or a federal patent. Sessions are arranged according to categories - chicks, seniors…. The club's membership in two federations, LA and FFJDA, offers many opportunities to measure themselves during competitions.
