LES « CARITATS » DE BÉZIERS

A great feast for Middle ages and feudalism, the Caritats invite Visitors to rediscover the medieval past of Béziers for a weekend. Shows, feasts tournaments, juggling, medieval costumes, acrobats, raptors, mini-farms and singing towers the city heart. The village of craftsmen to discover the calligraphy, the trades of the forge, the foundry, the medieval kitchen, the spices and medicinal herbs, the work of the bees, the making of a candle, the wiring and the woollen with the work on a spinning, the tales… Not to mention the large medieval banquet, the market for local wines and products, and artisans of art… At night, a great parade for the torchlight illuminated the street.
