It is the unavoidable gourmet meeting of the Biterrois who meet at the Halles in a friendly atmosphere, the first Thursday of each month.

If there's one event you shouldn't miss, it's this one! Every first Thursday of the month, the people of Béziers meet at the Halles de Béziers for a life-size aperitif: on the menu, in a very friendly musical atmosphere, tasting of Coteaux de Béziers wines accompanied by tapas from Baldo and Maria, with, for the gourmets, the truffle tortilla, Iberian charcuterie or patatas bravas. Add to this the pizzas from Maison Rasteuil and the shellfish from Jeanjean Père et fils, and the conviviality is at its peak!
