The lunch menu is inspired by the flavours of the market, and the menu evolves with the seasons. The tapas are gourmet for pleasant moments of sharing. Gleaned from the menu, Cantabrian anchovies in vinegar, crispy squab with foie gras, cereal risotto. A delight!
