The wine list features a fine selection of regional wines, as well as brouilly, gigondas and a "wine of the week". Cuisine includes dishes such as andouillette with foie gras sauce, tagliatelle with foie gras and truffles, wild boar and venison in season, entrecôte from Aubrac, Lyon sausage... Desserts are also homemade.
