A great address with a great formula and an excellent quality-price ratio.
It is an address not to be missed at the halles of Béziers! The decor is subtly worked with an industrial touch and an imposing glass roof. On the plate, an inventive and refined cuisine, subtly mixing sweet and salty, with dishes such as the salad of the sea, the terrine of foie gras with Occitan truffles or the raviole of cod and peas. Les assiettes étaient remplies (du moins pour ma salade césar et pour le porcelet)
Tout se gate parcontre pour le service,1 jeune serveuse très hautaine,qui nous mets presque mal à l'aise quand on lui demande la moindre chose (je précise que le restaurant était vide!)
C'est dommage,ça gâche la saveur du moment
