Very nice first impression! On entry: green asparagus of Iberian ham or the spring salad with fresh vegetable sticks and a wrap with chives cream: Fresh and crisp! The very good dishes smell good for Spain and the Mediterranean like this pig's parellae or Duroc sausage, the pig coast and presses of Duroc that give us a taste.
