From high-level athletes to older people, yoga is aimed at anyone who wants to improve performance, combat nervousness or preserve his or her youth capital. Guy Bellier, a graduate professor of the National Federation of Yoga Teachers, teaches his students how to find balance through different exercises in mental and physical life. Unlike preconceived ideas, yoga is not only about concentration and relaxation exercises. It tones the muscles and softens the joints. In collective progress - Monday to Saturday - or individual - by appointment on Wednesdays - each will find a formula adapted to its needs.
