Minervois PDO area, at the confluence of three identified terroirs, the Causse, the Petit Causse and the Mourels, whose claw of the 3 Blasons symbolizes the union. Between the sea and the mountains, 35 km from the Mediterranean coast, the vineyards of this winery stretch out on the first foothills. In their large Languedoc building, the Vignerons du Haut Minervois regularly exhibit works by local artists. Petit Futé liked their Saint-Sernin cuvée, with its dark color, a powerful and structured wine, supple in the mouth, with toasted tannins.

Catherine and Jean-François Prax are discreetly and carefully developing this estate, which spreads out around the small village of Azille and is divided into two specific zones: the AOC Minervois appellation zone and the Vin de Pays zones. In the shade of the pine trees, on a sandy soil, their Syrah vines flourish. A range of nine products is offered at the winery, exclusively in the red color. The production of the Domaine des Deux Terres is regularly rewarded in national and international competitions.
