Since 1969, the Sabranenque has been dedicated to the restoration of rural heritage. She began her mission by restaurant the medieval village of Saint-Victor-la-Coste, and extended her projects to several sites. It established the International centre for Mediterranean rural heritage and collaborates with associations of the Mediterranean countries.
What do they propose ? Restoration missions are aimed at revitalizing rural sites through the use and teaching of traditional construction techniques. In small teams, volunteers engage in various tasks : stone masonry, stone size, simple structure, roof tiles, tiles, paving paths…
