An artisan roastery and family business for over 30 years, it offers a selection of the world's finest coffees, as well as quality teas and herbal teas. In business since 2000, Les Halles offers fresh fruit, vegetables and greengrocers, under the responsibility of its managers, Bruno and Philippe Martinez. La ferme du Coin is a direct sales store which gathers about thirty producers from Gard and Lozère. You can find all kinds of regional products: onions, cheese, yoghurts, vegetables, fruits, honey, chestnuts, jams, wines, asparagus... but also cosmetics and soaps, floral waters, etc. Everything is 100% local, generally organic or of reasoned culture. An essential stop for gourmets who love authentic regional products! The farm is a great place to connect with nature and taste good products.

Laëtitia, the owner of the gardens, scours the market stalls daily in search of the most interesting products. She makes a point of satisfying her customers through the quality of the products on offer, such as jams, honeys, vinegars and top-quality oils, charcuterie and other regional specialties. Naturally, the company is a member of the Compagnons du Goût, an association of some 350 carefully selected craftsmen who are the guarantors of French gastronomic know-how.

An urban farm but an ecological farm. This is how Emilie and Franck define their farm, which combines all the necessary conditions for growing spirulina. The two young people embarked on this unusual adventure in 2013, convinced of the virtues of this micro-algae. Harvested by hand from April to October, the spirulina, grown in a greenhouse, is filtered for two hours, before passing under the press. It is then shaped into fine spaghetti and dried for five hours at low temperature.
