Inn offering local cuisine with a certain charm.
This little inn, in the foothills of the Montagne Noire, 5 minutes from the Cabrespine chasm, is an ideal stopover on your tour of the Minervois. The restaurant plays on local flavors and fresh, seasonal produce. Already served at the auberge: duck chartreuse with eggplant caviar, pan-fried scallops, veal with morel mushroom sauce... And the desserts are just as delightful! From December to February, enjoy two special truffle menus. Please note: the inn also has 4 guest rooms.

De passage et quel dommage d'être aussi loin ! Une cuisine succulente comme rarement on en a pu en savourer. Un savoir-faire irréprochable ! Des prix tout à fait correct, le personnel très agréable... Bref tout était parfait ! A refaire !!
