Domaine de Brau has been growing vines for 150 years, and is the first certified organic estate in France. Fabien Revol and Guillaume Mauffrey set up in the heart of the Cabardès region, 10 minutes from Carcassonne, to make a dream come true: to produce their own modern, environmentally-friendly wines.
