DOMAINE DE CLARMON
Their olive groves, scattered around the village of Tourouzelle, are not the plots that occupy them most, but Frédérique and Denis Josserand have understood their interest in cultivating the eternal tree in addition to their vines. Thus, alongside the 12 hectares of grapes that base their agricultural business, born in 2004, this mole couple planted 900 trees. On 3 hectares, Lucca, olivière, aglandau, picholine and salonenque extend the range of products from the Domaine de Clarmon, with two oils (including une olivière), spreading and table olives (lucca). The experience of Frédérique and Denis Josserand is a unique story. It was in 1997, while they lived in Marseilles, that they bought their first rows of vines in this corner of the Aude that Frédérique was frequented every summer, in family property, since its earliest childhood. A descendants of farmers from Ain, Denis was then welder, his wife interior architect. The next year was born Clara. His younger sister, Manon, was born in 2001. From the contraction of their two names, their parents will baptize the society that founded this new life that they would change "for nothing in the world".
