The Au bon Groin butcher's shop is not only renowned for the quality of its charcuterie, made without additives or GMOs, but also for its cheeses, gourmet products from local artisans and gift ideas. So when Anne-Lise and Alexis announced the opening of a table in the heart of the butcher's shop, our taste buds went wild! We recommend the pot au feu cromesquis with homemade béarnaise, the beef tartare, the gribiche pig's trotter, and the suggestion of the day, all of which are delicious. Excellent welcome to boot.
