Jean-Louis Denois is today an essential reference of the Limouxin terroir, the exceptional becomes the rule here. This native of Champagne, masters the effervescence to perfection, but also delights us with his range of still wines, demanding vintages, a quality out of the ordinary in organic farming, patiently elaborated in a small village near the town of Blanquetière, at 400 m altitude. The man is discreet, and visits to the winery and sales on the estate are not available, but his widely distributed wines will delight your table.
