Partially restored, this former hamlet is surrounded by 51 hectares of land composed of vegetable gardens, organic orchards, woods, horses and meadows full of wild flowers and butterflies. Hunting is prohibited and the fauna and flora are preserved (LPO refuge). A natural setting of remarkable beauty, between Rennes-le-Château and the spa town of Rennes-les-Bains, with superb views of the Pic de Bugarach. For almost thirty years, Lavaldieu has been welcoming individuals, families and groups. The four rooms are spacious and comfortable. All meals are vegetarian and 90% organic. Everything is homemade with garden products. The campsite is open from mid-June to mid-September, with photovoltaic electricity and solar showers. The studio has a splendid view. Hiking and horseback riding opportunities on site. All around, a multitude of activities.
