In Aude's unmissable village, legends are numerous. Town of treasures, mysteries and dragons... Dragons? Yes! Whereas dinosaur fossils are numerous in Rennes-le-Chateau, for many centuries, inhabitants called them: dragons. But here, in the cuisine, no dragon but love, taste, fresh and local produce. Let yourself be tempted by the foie gras terrine, the vegetarian pie, the casserole eggs or even the duck breasts or thighs. It is tasty! On sunny days, you can sit on the terrace to enjoy the view over the valley, but beware the wind! A good address.
