The restaurant La Galerie is a must in the cité des 3 quilles. From a simple pizza to a gourmet menu, there's something for everyone. Cooking the fish wonderfully - always extra fresh - accompanied by fried potatoes and succulent vegetables; whether it's tuna with citrus sauce, pareillade, red mullet, or the delicious carpaccio of salmon, tuna: everything is a treat! You can also rediscover more classic dishes such as the excellent beef tartare. You will be able to enjoy your meal in a room of about 40 seats, with a sober but pretty decoration, the welcome is warm and the service is friendly. In the summer, or at the first rays of sunshine that bathe this capital of the Haute Vallée de l'Aude, you can sit on the quiet and pleasant terrace and taste the regional wine list, which is good value for money. For a break, a stopover in Quillan, just as much as for the residents, La Galerie is the right compromise where everyone will find the dish that will please them. Another positive point, no difficulty to park nearby.
