This Quillois restaurant offers refined cuisine, combining the pleasures of local produce with Asian flavors and spices.
The restaurant La Chaumière is a veritable institution in the city of 3 Quilles, and has been for over half a century! At the helm are Olivier Castel and Loan, who offer an inventive cuisine that combines the pleasures of the local terroir with flavors and spices from much further afield, the Asian version, prepared using only seasonal produce. The originality lies in the fact that you can choose between the market menu and the Vietnamese menu to vary the pleasures. La Chaumière is also the best place for a good night's sleep.

Un hotel de 3 estrelles que sembla de 4. Tots els serveis a punt. Habitacions i banys impecables, esmorzars molt recomanables, uns salons i menjador estupendos i el tracte dels que regenten l'espai, és exquisit. Hem estat 5 parelles els mateixos dies, i coincidim en l'experiència satisfactòria. Està ubicat al bell mig dels castells Càtars. Tornarem!!

Excellent endroit et très bien placé pour visiter les Châteaux. Nos groupes d'étudiants en travail interne et en développement personnel ont apprécié ce magnifique hôtel, où nous nous sommes très bien reposés et mangés, après de longues journées de visite de châteaux et de terres cathares. Merci de vôtre accueil 'La Chaumière'

Très bien situé, très bon accueil, la chambre au top, grande chaleureuse et fonctionnelle, la salle de bain au top, plus luxueux que l'hôtel mercure d'Albi!!!!! Le bémol une télé de la taille de mon smartphone, dommage

De passage, nous avons dîné un soir au restaurant. J'ai choisi du bœuf au saté et mon mari de l'agneau à l'oriental. Nous avons finalement inversé nos plats car l'agneau était trop épicé pour mon mari et la sauce du bœuf trop sucrée pour moi ! C'était bien comme ça. Le sorbet mangue du dessert vietnamien était topissime ! Service et accueil très bien.
