The restaurant La Chaumière is a veritable institution in the city of 3 Quilles, and has been for over half a century! At the helm are Olivier Castel and Loan, who offer an inventive cuisine that combines the pleasures of the local terroir with flavors and spices from much further afield, the Asian version, prepared using only seasonal produce. The originality lies in the fact that you can choose between the market menu and the Vietnamese menu to vary the pleasures. La Chaumière is also the best place for a good night's sleep.
