Welcome to Le Romarin! Fabien and Patricia, better-known under the name of "Pépé and Mémé", will be happy to welcome you. In the centre of the village, this place frequently attracts regulars but also new curious ones... Take a seat, listen carefully, you will soon be aware of the little "gossip" of the palce. The cuisine is generous: beautiful hearty steak, well-garnished salads, paninis, bruschettas, fish (excellent cod rougail), fried smelts, desserts and ice-creams to melt with pleasure. But the must of Le Romarin are its famous homemade burgers, with original garnish, you will quickly become addicted to them, especially if they are accompanied by a glass of Cabardès... Burger with chicken, with salmon, or the Rossini with foie gras, the Sud-Ouest with duck... The whole in an artisanal bread, Pezens baker prepares especially for Le Romain! You should also try the "Planches" (Boards), full meal with mini-skewers, foie gras, or salmon, shrimps and anchovy for example. Le Romarin is the perfect place to meet with family and friends or to have a short break before discovering Montagne Noire and pretty villages of Cabardès.
