Château Ollieux Romanis, nestled in the heart of the Corbières on an idyllic terroir, extends over 65 hectares of organically-farmed vines. The château welcomes you all year round and offers a variety of experiences: blending workshops or introductory wine-tasting courses (booking required), tours of its state-of-the-art winery and hiking trails. Wine and food are served in the bistronomic summer restaurant La Touketa, with its panoramic view, and in the "Restaurant des Ollieux", where the cuisine is adapted to the seasons and to what the vegetable garden has to offer.
