Róisín and Sébastien welcome you to their brand-new restaurant Chapters, on Rue de la Mairie. This Franco-Irish couple have decided to revisit French cuisine with a modern twist. Menus change with the seasons and the availability of fresh produce. On our visit, we loved the thick slices of smoked salmon for starters, followed by a piece of beef with vegetables and a parsley sauce. For dessert, we paid tribute to Róisín's origins and opted for the Bailey's cheesecake: a delight!
