An old building in the heart of the Montagne Noire with a warm, rustic decor: discover Les Trois Fontaines! A definitively carnivorous menu features choice dishes such as rib-eye steak, pork tomahawk and pata negra pluma. The fish side is represented, however, with wild gambas. Excellente surprise aussi côté assiettes avec des pièces de viandes (entrecôtes, magrets, porc, ...) aux cuissons maîtrisées et dans des formats que je n'avais plus vu depuis trrrrrès longtemps....idem avec les gambas.
Bref ... très content de notre escale dans ce restaurant ????
